Privacy Policy

1. AllMight Consulting applications

This section describes data processing in applications developed and distributed by AllMight Consulting, VAT number 14822310968. For privacy information or support requests, contact info@allmight.it and specify the relevant app.

Each application may use different data and features. The provisions below apply only to the specified app and supplement the general privacy policy. If the information differs, the policy for the relevant app takes precedence for processing performed by that app.

This policy will be updated when additional applications or features that change how data is processed are introduced.

1.1 Manga & Fumetti

Purpose and data handled

Manga & Fumetti lets you organize a personal collection of manga and comics.

The app handles information you enter, including titles, authors, publishers, editions, owned, missing or pre-ordered volumes, reading status, format, collection location and optional purchase information such as price and date.

This information is used to provide the cataloguing, browsing, statistics and synchronization features you request. The initial library is empty; titles and publishers included in the app are suggestions that make data entry easier.

Local storage and use without an account

Manga & Fumetti automatically stores your collection in the device’s local database. It does not require an AllMight Consulting account and can be used without an internet connection.

AllMight Consulting does not automatically receive a copy of your collection and has no dashboard through which its contents can be viewed.

iCloud synchronization

When iCloud is available and enabled for the app, Manga & Fumetti uses Apple CloudKit to synchronize the collection with the private iCloud database associated with your Apple Account.

Synchronization lets you use the same collection on compatible devices connected to the same Apple Account. Changes made offline are stored locally and synchronize when the service becomes available again.

This feature transfers collection data to Apple’s iCloud infrastructure. It does not publish the collection or make it available to other app users.

Manga & Fumetti does not request or receive your Apple Account password. AllMight Consulting does not receive the name or email address associated with that account from the app.

Availability, retention, security and any international transfers of data within iCloud also depend on Apple’s services and settings. Apple’s Privacy Policy and iCloud Terms and Conditions apply.

You can manage iCloud use for Manga & Fumetti in your device settings. Disabling synchronization does not necessarily delete data already stored in iCloud.

App Store purchases and subscriptions

Manga & Fumetti offers an annual auto-renewable subscription through Apple’s App Store. The subscription enables adding and editing collection data after the free access period ends. Browsing your collection, viewing statistics, deleting series and synchronizing existing data remain available without a subscription. Apple handles payments, renewals and refunds under its terms. The app does not receive your payment card or bank account details.

To determine whether subscription access is active, the app processes Apple-verified StoreKit transaction information on your device, including product and transaction identifiers, subscription validity, expiration dates and any revocation. The app does not transmit this information to an AllMight Consulting server. Apple may separately provide AllMight Consulting with sales reports and purchase-management information through its developer services, subject to Apple’s privacy policy.

Seven-day free access period

Manga & Fumetti provides seven days of full access without requiring an initial purchase. To determine when this period begins and ends, the app uses the original app download date supplied and verified by Apple through StoreKit. This information is processed on your device and is not transmitted to an AllMight Consulting server. Where Apple provides the same original download date on devices associated with the same App Store account, the app uses it to determine the same free access period.

The free access period does not activate a subscription or cause an automatic charge when it ends. Continuing to add or edit collection data afterwards requires an explicit subscription purchase.

Restoring purchases and managing subscriptions

You can restore purchases using the app’s restore function and manage or cancel subscription renewal through your Apple Account’s subscription settings. Restoring purchases uses Apple’s App Store services and may require authentication with Apple. The App Store account used for purchases may differ from the Apple Account used for iCloud synchronization.

Canceling renewal does not immediately end access: subscription features remain available until the paid period expires, unless Apple refunds or revokes the purchase. Apple’s privacy policy and applicable App Store terms govern the processing performed by Apple.

Diagnostics and support

Manga & Fumetti includes an optional diagnostic feature that is off by default.

When enabled, it records technical events and error codes locally to help identify operational issues. Logs do not include collection contents, credentials or account identifiers. They are retained within a limit of three 128 KB files, with the oldest files replaced when the limit is reached.

You can delete the logs or export and share them voluntarily. The app does not send them automatically to AllMight Consulting.

When you contact support, AllMight Consulting receives the information included in your message, such as your email address, the message and any attachments or logs. This information is used to handle your request and resolve the reported issue. Do not send passwords or unnecessary personal information.

Advertising, tracking and profiling

Manga & Fumetti contains no advertising, advertising tracking tools or third-party behavioral analytics services.

AllMight Consulting does not use collection data for marketing, profiling or sale to third parties. Library statistics are an app feature generated from your collection data.

Retention and deletion

Collection data remains on your device and, when synchronization is enabled, in iCloud until you delete it, subject to the operation of the services used.

You can delete a series from its detail page. Deletions propagate to other devices when synchronization is available.

Uninstalling the app alone does not necessarily delete data stored in iCloud or on other devices. To remove the collection completely, you must also delete the app’s iCloud data and any local copies on other devices. Backup copies are governed by the settings and retention periods of the backup services used.

Support messages and logs received by support are retained for the time required to handle and close the request. Further retention is limited to what is necessary to meet legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.

For data processed by AllMight Consulting, you may exercise the rights described in the general privacy policy by contacting info@allmight.it.

Because AllMight Consulting has no direct access to your local collection or private iCloud database, operations involving that content must be performed through the app or Apple’s tools. Support can provide guidance on how to proceed.
